遠(yuǎn)東:20/40':USD250/500
海灣地區(qū):20/40':USD50/100
地中海:20/40':USD200/400
北歐:20/40':USD200/400
世界其他地區(qū):20/40':USD150/300
征收范圍:所有去往Shuaiba的干貨(dry cargo)
生效日期:NON-FMC:8月1日,F(xiàn)MC:9月1日

Congestion Fee Destination(CFD)–Scope World to Shuaiba
Congestion Fee at Destination(CFD)as follows:
All Far East Asia origins:USD 250/500 for 20’/40’
All Intra Gulf origins:USD 50/100 for 20’/40’/
All Mediterranean origins:USD 200/400 for 20’/40’
All North Europe origins:USD 200/400 for 20’/40’
Rest of World origins:USD 150/300 for 20’/40’
The Congestion Fee will be applicable on all DRY Cargo to Shuaiba effective from 1st August 2017 for non-FMC
Corridors and 1 st September 2017 for FMC Corridors,until further notice.
This charge will be collected in Kuwait
The above rates are also subject to other applicable surcharges,including local charges and contingency charges.
The above surcharge acronyms mean:OF(Ocean Freight),OHC(Origin Terminal Handling Charge),DHC(Destination
Terminal Handling Charge),ERS(Emergency Risk Surcharge),SBF(Standard Bunker Adjustment Factor),LSS(Low Sulphur Surcharge)and PSS(Peak Season Surcharge).
These rates are unaffected by,and do not affect,any tariff notified,published or filed in accordance with local regulatory requirements
For trades subject to the US Shipping Act or the China Maritime Regulations,quotations or surcharges that vary from the Maersk Line tariff shall not be binding on Maersk Line unless included in a service contract or service contract amendment that has been filed with the Federal Maritime Commission(FMC)or the Shanghai Shipping Exchange,as applicable.
